Noyanlar Group of Companies, Dörter Construction and Onmax Development Ltd., introduced their stunning projects through Tricon Developments during a magnificent launch event on the evening of June 6th. On the same evening, Noymax Development also announced their new project.

The President of the TRNC Ersin Tatar, President of the Assembly of the Republic Zorlu Töre, the Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, the President of the Cyprus Turkish Building Contractors Association Cafer Gürcafer, Members of Parliament, business people, and special guests from the North Cyprus real estate sector were among the distinguished guests who attended the event.

Ahmet Noyan, the CEO of Noyanlar Companies Group, one of Tricon Developments' partners, gave the first speech of the evening. In his speech, he mentioned that, as three strong companies operating in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, they aimed to create synergy and leave a lasting impact on the country through solid and grounded investments. He underlined that they set out on their adventure with a total of five projects, each of which was distinctive in its own way, and that through producing income, these initiatives will help the nation's economy. Noyan also emphasized on his belief in the concept of development by producing and said that the joy he felt at the start of each project has not diminished.

The director of Onmax Development Ltd., Halil Onalt, then took the stage and said that since 1985, their family has worked very hard to establish a name for itself on the island. He claimed that using the invaluable relationship of their two valued partners and the knowledge they had accumulated over the years, they had presented their modern proposals to investors through Tricon Developments. He stated that the TRNC with its significant location in the Mediterranean, will become even more well- known in the future years, and he expressed his belief that Tricon, with its investment- oriented focus on innovation, will be among the leading companies.

Nihat Dörter, the director of Dörter Construction, concluded by saying that the company is committed to raising national standards, enhancing construction quality, and producing not only reinforced concrete buildings but also public spaces that benefit present and future generations. He highlighted their dedication to producing top-notch projects. Nihat Dörter thanked the guests of the evening and said that they are proud to be a company with a quality that will compete at international standards. He added that they have signed five projects that will be valuable both in our nation and abroad in the first year of this strong partnership.

President of the Assembly of the Republic, Zorlu Töre, who was present at the ceremony, also stated that unity fosters strength and highlighted that these qualities are what the nation needs most. He expressed his trust that this collaboration will endure and succeed.

Lastly, President Ersin Tatar stated that whenever he visits the İskele and Gazimağusa regions, he witnesses the impact of Noyanlar and Dörter projects on the country's development. He expressed his belief that with the addition of Halil Onalt to these two successful companies, their combined strength will contribute significantly to the country's economy and recognition. The President also highlighted that the TRNC is making steady progress each day, and he called upon foreign investors to take advantage of the opportunities offered by this beautiful, safe, and climate- friendly island with its magnificent beaches. President Tatar expressed his full confidence in TRICON partners and wished them success.

At the end of the night, Ziynet Sali, a beloved performer from our country and Turkey, took the stage to delight the audience to a beautiful musical feast.
