As we prepare to leave a busy year behind us, Premium Realty Director Ali Kaan, who adds a different value to the vision real estate sector, evaluated the past twelve months in the property sector and gave his views about the unique approach that Premium Realty takes in providing estate agency services here in the TRNC.
As we are about to end another year, what would you like to say?
First of all, I would like to start by saying that we will be leaving behind a very busy and productive year. I have been working in this sector for the last 15 years, and I have never experienced a year with this kind of purchaser interest before. I should say that we have always had overseas interest in the past from different countries, however Northern Cyprus has become the focus of attention for many overseas buyers in the last twelve months. We at PremiumRealty, have responded to this intense interest by providing our services in different languages. I think many companies have started to improve themselves in this regard, which is a good thing.
Despite it being a pretty intense year we have found different solutions to many different customer demands. We have been stretched and put under pressure during this time and have learnt lessons from the difficulties and put into place improved systems and procedures to deal with this in the future. I am happy in the knowledge that during the last twelve months we have helped many people fulfill their property dreams.
You mentioned different customer demands, can you explain that?
As you can imagine, everyone has different goals and objectives when buying property. Firstly, there are investors who will prioritize return on investment when buying a property. Knowing this, we analyze different statistics and market information and only select those opportunities that meet this criteria. Accordingly, we present the most profitable options from our portfolio. Since they have a return on investment oriented approach, we provide comprehensive reports in this regard so that our clients are fully informed. For example, this could be off plan opportunities in new projects. In addition, we present real estate with the highest profit potential by providing comparative analysis on pricing and rental income transparently.
We also have clients who come here to live, to build a new life. I must say that we have many customers from various European countries to settle here. Of course, we need to find different solutions to different demands. Those who come here to live mostly prefer Kyrenia because of the top schools, universities, and social and lifestyle opportunities that exist here. We want to make sure that all of our customers; needs are met, as it is a more sensitive search process compared to investing. It is extremely important that we understand what kind of lifestyle they want. Only then we can recommend a suitable location. Once the location is identified, we start offering the properties in the region by adopting a 100% customer satisfaction approach.
We know that you care about customer satisfaction a lot. What would you like to say about this?
Customer satisfaction is everything to us. We are working very hard on this issue. For example, after the sale has been completed most agents think that their job is done. We are different, our service continues in all sorts of ways no matter what. For us, the after-sales process directly affects customer satisfaction and our reputation. We pay great attention to the entire after sales process.
We have different customers, some who wanted to come for a holiday, who wanted to invest or who wanted to make a permanent move here. Some of our customers have come to us for vacation rental, investment or settling down here. We had to find different solutions to match the individual demands of each of our clients. We have and continue to work tirelessly to meet our clients demands with our experienced and talented team.
As we are coming to the end of one year and preparing for the arrival of a brand new year. Premium Realty as a company, has a philosophy of continuous improvement, we will continue to improve ourselves in terms of understanding our customer requirements and expectations. We learn lessons from any difficulties we have experienced which motivates us to continue our journey to become the best Estate Agency in Northern Cyprus.
