Our cover project, Alpcan Towers Key West, has been entrusted to Goldmark Estates for the developing and marketing stage.
This sea-front project will be located on 18 donums of Turkish title land, along the island’s west coast, in the area of Gaziveren in the district of Güzelyurt. Four blocks, each with 20 storeys, will give a total of 401 residences offering choices from 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 double storey, loft and double storey penthouse. 20% discount opportunities are being offered until the project construction starts. A £2,000 deposit and a 30% down payment when construction starts is all that is required to seize this opportunity. The remaining will be paid with 0% interest over 44 monthly instalments.
The first stage will be delivered in May 2023 and the payment plans offered for loans of up to 15 years are as follows:
