Jasmine Site, is the latest and most eye-catching project created by Tanyel Construction. The project will be completed in two stages and will have 65 houses in total. It is located away from the city but has easy access to the main roads leading to the city and also is 6-7 km away from many facilities. Tanyel Construction’s favourite project offers a peaceful lifestyle.
Tanyel Construction was founded in 1995 and has built hundreds of homes yet the largest thing it has created is trust, which can be seen on the happy faces of new homeowners. Customer satisfaction is their top priority and it is an ever-growing company.
By combining experience gained since 1995 with modern enhancements, the company offers its customers new and high quality houses such as Karpaz stone houses constructed in 1997 and Tuzla Sunlight cite completed in 2013. The company is proud to state that both projects were completed and keys were handed over to the new homeowners on the promised dates.
The first stage of Jasmine Site will consist of 41 homes of which 28 are Type S -145 m2 3 bedroom flats. The project is mostly designed with this Type. These flats are double storey. Those on the top floor will have a terrace and those on the ground floor will have a garden. In the project there are 4 Type E flats in other words, 2 bedroom 135 m2 twin designs but there are only 3 Type C-171 m2 3-bedroom single storey houses with large rooms designed for those who prefer Cypriot designs.

Also in the project, there are Type A, D and G designs to choose from with two of each design. Type A is a 185 m2 3 bedroom double storey house. Type D is a 135-m2 2-bedroom single storey house and Type G is a 180-m2 3-bedroom double storey house. All designs have a garden and garage.

Tanyel Construction, states how important nature is with each project. 300 olive trees were planted in the Karpaz stone houses complex and very old molasses trees were rooted and replanted carefully during construction.
Materials which will be used at the Jasmine Site:
The buildings are being built to withstand earthquakes. All internal walls will be covered with satin plaster and external walls will be covered with silicone-based materials. Internal walls will be white and the external walls will be painted as seen in the photos. Homeowners will not be able to choose a different colour. Bedrooms will have floorboards and the other rooms will have a choice of ceramic tiles. Bathroom and toilet floors will be ceramic with different colour options. There will be tiles on the walls of the bathrooms, toilets and kitchen.
Each building will have 3 ton water tanks in total. 1 ton tank on the roof and 2 ton tank on the ground. Each building will have heating solar panels and water pressure pumps. Windows and terrace doors will be Schuco branded double-glazing. Fitted cupboards will be ready made and there will be different colour options. Kitchen cupboards will be MDF and will also come in different colours.
