With over a decade-long career in the real estate sector and the experiences I've garnered, leveraging my connections from my time in the stock market has been one of my key assets.
Interacting constantly with individuals from various organizations and institutions, ranging from construction to banking, has not only been instrumental in fostering growth and development in business but has also facilitated stronger bonds of friendship, contributing to the establishment of a more solid foundation of trust on the island.

Despite potential disasters or societal issues directly affecting individuals, such as the recent Covid-19 pandemic, the February 6th earthquake, the Russia-Ukraine war, our efforts and processes continued to be focused on meeting the needs while maintaining a balance between sellers and buyers.
I must emphasize here that what has made us, Bestate Property, the "best," as our name suggests, is the sincerity and solidarity we have focused on with our team. Not only within our island but also in communication with clients from many parts of the world, this element has made our interaction permanent and effective and will continue to do so. In a country like Northern Cyprus, which is open to innovation, pursues change, and is one of the few countries with high circulation, achieving an upward momentum in the short and long term is not easy. However, we rightfully take pride in constantly increasing this momentum every day.

As someone who has dedicated years to the real estate sector, witnessing the challenges firsthand and reacting instantly to economic, social, demographic, and even seasonal changes, I would like to underline that this is not a hobby but requires professionalism. Northern Cyprus, which has become one of the most prominent countries in recent years, is in demand simultaneously with many investment regions such as Dubai, Qatar, London, and Malta. This mobilizes many people eager to engage in this business in our country. However, attention should be paid to real estate transactions conducted by non-professionals, which sometimes lead to unjustified price hikes and can tarnish our sector's reputation. Individuals should avoid conducting business with entities or individuals not approved by the government. Otherwise, we find ourselves confronted with numerous issues that stain our sector's reputation, and the communication and transactions of those who choose the wrong path and treat real estate buying and selling as a hobby can lead to lifelong mistakes with legal consequences.
