July 30th saw a very high participation for the launch of Four Seasons Life II, the second stage of Four Vision Development’s award-winning project, Four Seasons Life, located in Boğaz. The directors of the four partner companies all gave speeches about the project, together with important speeches from special guests, President Ersin Tatar and Prime Minister Ersan Saner.

The evening began with a live music performance for the guests from the North Cyprus real estate sector. This was followed by the Directors of the Döveç, Noyanlar, Recaioğlu and Tunalı Group of companies, the four partner companies of Four Vision Development, where they all made speeches commentating on the success of the partnership and that they were preparing for future projects together. All the speeches were well received by all guests present.

Company director, Ceyhun Tunalı, started his speech by saying, “We would like to thank you all for joining us on this special evening,” and then adding, “This partnership adventure began four years ago. For some it was only a dream whilst others said it wouldn’t work, but we have built it into a success. We are very happy and proud!” Ahmet Noyan was then handed the microphone and said, “We have all named our companies after our family surnames. We are all aware of the responsibilities this brings and we are all very proud. In the past we were warned to avoid partnerships and were told to work alone. We decided to ignore this warning, have succeeded and will continue to do so in the future.” He announced that although the 2nd stage of the project was just being launched, the 4th and 5th locations for future projects of the partner company have been bought and that preparations for these new projects have begun.

Recaioğlu is also the architect of the Four Seasons Life Project and he said, “We can say that Four Seasons Life, where we stand tonight, was the first project of our partnership and can be considered as our apprenticeship of working together. In the next stages you will see our expertise and craftsmanship. Anything that we did, but considered incomplete, in the first stage was improved for the second stage. It is a very exciting experience!”

Burçin Döveç mentioned the numerical contribution that their partnership and first project had made to North Cyprus, with the calculations he had prepared in his speech. The benefits of the contribution of millions of pounds to both the country’s economy and also the development of the area surrounding the project were also mentioned.  He said, “This project has made investors very happy. 100 million pounds in foreign currency has entered our country, with 18 million pounds going straight to the government. Other resources have indirectly added a value of some 37 million pounds.  Our project will provide an income of 4 million pounds to people and the local area while also supporting the tourism sector.”

In his speech, Prime Minister Ersan Saner said, “I would like to congratulate these four visionary companies. The numbers Mr Dovec gave state a very obvious contribution. We can say that the second stage of the project will also be as successful. Our top priority should be to support such large projects. As you all know, in the past years, deficiencies in the zoning plan were put forward, the President, who is with us today and myself, have stood against this decree. I would like to take this opportunity to say that as the government, we have reached the final stage in the Famagusta-Iskele zoning plan negotiations and that we will be reaching a conclusion soon. I would like to congratulate everyone who contributed in the realisation of this project”

TRNC President, Ersin Tatar, was then invited to the stage to make his speech. Although he had a busy schedule, he was the centre of attention with the messages he wanted to convey to guests and many of those present took the opportunity to have photos taken with him. In his speech he said, “I witnessed the first time these four companies came together at the Tulip Hotel four years ago and now, years later, we are all here. The project they have completed ensures they made the right decision by coming together. Our Prime Minister has made a statement about the zoning decree and after it is concluded, the North Cyprus Construction sector will be able to start many new projects. We are aware that these four companies have chosen to invest in North Cyprus and have taken on the responsibility of adding value to their own country. I wholeheartedly congratulate them.” During his speech President Tatar expressed his sadness about the recent forest fires in Turkey and said, “I have talked to our Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Nazım Çavuşoğlu, who is also with us this evening, and we are taking the necessary precautions to prevent similar fire incidents from happening in our forests”
Döveç Group Main Office Sales Manager, Burcu Kurt, made a presentation on the project and we were informed that the second stage of the project was located on land opposite the first stage.
