Riverside Life with Long Beach View
İskele Long Beach, the most popular holiday destination in Northern Cyprus, will be the setting for a new, large-scale project. The 5-block, Riverside Life Residence project, to be built on a large area of land some 500 meters from the beach, will put a great emphasis on green spaces and on-site activities.
This massive project, a joint venture between Kömürcügil Construction and Noyanlar Group of Companies, one of the island's oldest construction companies, is being built on an area of land of approximately 30,000 m2. Since the directors of both companies are architects, the importance will most certainly be on the design of the project. The apartments’ plans, which are designed to take into account the longevity of today’s population, also cater for those on short-term holiday visits with equipment provided and access to all facilities. The large terraced apartments, the most valuable parts of the Riverside Life Residence project, will appeal to those who want to enjoy the magnificent sea views of Long Beach.
Half of the project area, approximately 15,000 m2, is planned as a green space and many areas have been created, from picnic areas to a Water Park, from basketball and football field to pool and pool bar. Some of the indoor areas include a grocery store, restaurant, bar, pharmacy, SPA, and gym.
Ali Kömürcügil, the director of Kömürcügil Construction, explained that the project became more exciting after meeting Ahmet Noyan, the director of Noyanlar. Kömürcügil said, “This project, which will be realized from the hands of three architects, together with Gökhan Noyan, the founder and the master architect of Noyanlar, will be designed entirely with architectural concerns and will be one of the most notable structures of both the region and Cyprus in general.”
The Noyanlar Group of Companies is rated as one of TRNC’s foremost construction companies and number one in the region where their projects are inspiring, and Kömürcügil Construction, which has been working with quality and trust since it was established, have signed a very important partnership at this point.’
Ahmet Noyan, in an interview with Propertync TV last month, said, "Our Riverside project is a beautiful project with an inner courtyard with commercial areas consisting of 820 houses, which we will do in partnership with the Kömürcügil Family”. It will provide services in all matters that will be needed with its 24/7 security, intercom system, laundry, garden and pool maintenance, technical support service, and indoor and outdoor parking areas.
