I've been in the industry for 14 years, starting with a global brand for over 10 years where I gained valuable experience. But, like anyone who enjoys their job, I realized that better working conditions and higher quality of service could be provided in this industry, so I established the Premium Realty brand. We began preparing this office just before the pandemic delaying the opening However, we were able to properly evaluate this process and improve on issues that we felt were lacking, and we have been operating at full capacity since January 2022.
When developing a new brand, one of the most important points is to provide a quality service to both buyers and the sellers; this was one of the most important factors that I believed was lacking in the Northern Cyprus Real Estate Sector. Most of the offices are very crowded with agents, not everyone can be served to the same high standard, and we have adjusted the company's vision to reflect this. We want to be the best, not the biggest, real estate agency. Those who visit our office will notice that we have established a high quality work space and environment in the heart of Kyrenia. By utilizing the best of everything, we want to offer individuals who visit our office the best possible service.
Our team of agents can provide the highest level of service in four different languages. Our primary goal is to provide a high-quality service, to determine the best price for both the seller and the buyer, and to conduct the entire transaction in a totally transparent manner. This year, our service goal was to be an office that could speak four different languages, which we have accomplished. Our goal for the coming year is to add to our team Real Estate professionals who speak a language other than the ones currently spoken in our existing team.
Of course, we welcome visitors from all over the world, but our primary markets are England, Turkey, Russian-speaking countries, Scandinavian countries, and Germany. In the coming years, we intend to expand our focus countries. However, we will not deviate from our goal of providing the highest possible quality service. The standard we will always strive to meet is to provide outstanding portfolios with outstanding advisors. Rather than providing a buyer with dozens of random options, we will present a few carefully selected and filtered options that match the buyer's requirements.
Presenting only outstanding projects and properties ensures that the information we have is always up-to-date and that we have a detailed knowledge of each individual property or project. On the other hand, we clearly make an effort to please our buyer clients and companies we collaborate with. We try to provide our clients with only the best options which have been carefully selected and filtered by our Company. It is for this reason, we examine the projects of the companies we will work with,very carefully to ensure that what we offer is only the very best of its type. We only proceed if we believe it will suit our portfolio requirements.
The first thing we look at when we receive a new project is who the contractor is. What have they previously done? Have they been able to fulfill the promises they made on paper? The second step involves an examination of its pricing; are market conditions reasonable? Is the specification of a standard to justify the asking price? We ask these questions because we do not want to add a project to our portfolio that we believe is incorrectly priced and then present it to our investors. This does not imply that we work on low-cost real estate. On the contrary, we provide high-quality real estate at the right price, and we can explain the reason to the buyer; the customer can decide based on the value increase that the real estate will see over time by looking at the previous data.
Our portfolio includes both new and resale properties. According to our target markets, we focus on the Girne Merkez, Esentepe, and İskele regions. The reason for this is that, as national buyers' purchasing power has declined, those who visit our office are mostly from overseas. Our objective is to expand our portfolio in Girne Center. I intend to focus on high-end resale villas in particular.
Apart from a few exceptional projects, we present every type of real estate we add to our portfolio on an Exclusive Agency basis. The reason for this is this allows us to invest the proper budget and time needed when it comes to marketing the property correctly. The product we display must be one-of-a-kind. It should be delivered to the buyer in a reasonable amount of time and at the correct price. We treat each property we manage as if it were the only one we had, and we work hard to ensure complete satisfaction for both buyers and sellers. It is a known fact that a happy customer will come through this door again and will most likely recommend us to a friend. This is an investment. We have operated in this manner thus far, and we will continue to do so as we pursue our objectives.
We intend to present some really special and inspirational projects in the coming period. We are currently working on two very special projects in Prime Girne locations and In 2023, I predict that we will be adding more exciting projects to our growing portfolio.
