The Döveç Group's new project, Querencia, was officially launched last night at the İskele, The Arkın Hotel in the presence of the TRNC Prime Minister, Ministers, high-level tourism officials, and visitors from the Northern Cyprus Real Estate Industry.
The giant project Querencia, which will be implemented in Long Beach, includes a total of four blocks, one of which will be a hotel, and numerous social facilities. The Querencia Launch, which was the first official invitation of The Arkn Hotel in the same region, was important in many respects. In the evening, Döveç Group Director Burçin Döveç, Döveç Group Sales Manager Burcu Kurt, Cyprus Turkish Contractors Association President Cafer Gürcafer, Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, Deputy Prime Minister, Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment Minister Fikri Ataoğlu and Parliamentary Speaker Zorlu Töre took the stage to give speeches.
During his speech, Burçin Döveç -who provided information about the project- also revealed a surprise: "With each passing year, we invest more in the area, building numerous facilities that will improve the environment with our projects. This time, however, I want to share the good news that we will set the bar high and build a school in the İskele region and name it Muharrem Döveç Middle School, the Founder of Döveç Group."
Cafer Gürcafer stated in his speech that he and his family were "very touched and very happy with the good news of a school where the name of our brother Muharrem, who was walking around with his sports bag and from whom we learned a lot, will be kept alive."
Prime Minister, Ünal Üstel and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Environment, Fikri Ataoğlu, congratulated The Arkın Hotel for their first invitation and discussed the hotel's contribution to tourism, emphasizing that Querencia will also be a large hotel. Ataoğlu stated that, "Tourism, construction, and education sectors are listed as the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus's biggest income sources, and tonight we see that Döveç Group is coming up with plans to contribute to these three leading sectors."
Burcu Kurt, Döveç Group Sales Manager, presented the project in detail. "With its inspiring deep blue sea view, unique living spaces, and social facilities, Querencia, located 400 meters from the sea and right across a unique beach, sheds light on the future. In Querencia, a 365-day luxury and holiday-like life await you, with one block serving as a hotel and a total of four blocks starting from the 9th floor and rising up to 28 floors with terraces in the middle blocks. Two 5-star hotel projects directly opposite; the largest casino on the island; unrestricted seaside views; the project's privileged features; and the region's rental and development potential make Querencia an investment that is constantly increasing in value."
Following the speeches, the project's model was introduced, and Burçin Döveç posed for photos with real estate professionals who will market the project around the world. Many of the real estate agents who attended the event immediately began marketing the project on social media.
