This project offers four different types of residences with a 24-hour CCTV service, site security, a generator, a communal pool, children’s playground and cafe/bar on the premises.
The Type A, double storey villas, have an indoor area of 396 m2 and have been built on 520 m2 of land. Type B villas are 310 m2 and the surrounding land is 660 m2, including the garden. Type C villas are 216 m2 and the total area is 400 m2. All villas offer 3 bedrooms and private pools.
The apartment flats are located in 3 blocks and are of two different designs with the choice of a garden or top floor loft with a terrace. The garden storeys have 3 bedrooms and are 274 m2 while the top floor lofts are 170 m2 with a 36 m2 terrace. All lofts have three bedrooms with one en-suite and with two bathrooms.
