After the necessary health measures are taken, we expect the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to allocate serious planning and budget and promote to the world how successfully it has managed the pandemic and how successful, safe and advantageous we are in terms of both tourism, construction and increasing confidence in our country. Afterwards, in order for the economy to gain momentum again, it will be effective to mobilize all the levers in our country, to ensure the mobility of private enterprises, to quickly provide hot, long-term loans, and to reduce taxes on the buyer and consumer side in terms of construction and real estate in an attractive and encouraging way. In our country, the housing acquisition procedures and deadlines for real estate buyers who are not TRNC citizens are outdated. Time is more valuable than anything else in human life and economy. “It is very important that legislation on the public side be facilitated and accelerated.”
