In this issue, we conducted an interview with Türkan Akhan, the CEO of Şifa Construction, one of the well- known successful companies in Northern Cyprus. The success of Şifa Construction was recently honored with two awards: "Luxury Villa Project of the Year" and "Construction Brand of the Year in Cyprus." Türkan Akhan revealed to us the strategies behind Şifa Construction's accomplishments and their future goals.
You have received awards in two different categories. How do you feel? What would you like to tell about this?
We are honored to have been recognized with the awards for "Luxury Villa Project of the Year" and "Construction Brand of the Year in Cyprus." These awards are a testament to our leadership in the industry and the strong relationships we have built with our customers.
The key to our brand's success lies in always providing a service that exceeds our customers' expectations. The most significant reason behind this success is our customer-oriented approach. We continuously develop new strategies to maintain and enhance our customer-centricity.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority as a brand. Therefore, we invest in the training and development of our employees to be able to offer our customers the highest quality service. Additionally, we always strive to provide our customers with the most up-to-date and accurate information.
We keep track of industry trends and make every effort to communicate these trends to our customers. With our innovative approach, we always offer our customers the best and most current options.
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to these awards. They will inspire us to provide even better services with greater confidence.
How are the sales going for your new projects? Who is your target audience?
Our new projects are attracting the attention of both foreigners and Turkish buyers. Our target audience includes individuals from Turkey, Scandinavian countries, Russia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Iran, Germany, and even the United States.
What else is on your roadmap for the year 2023?
The overwhelming popularity and demand for all our recently launched projects are highly motivating for us. Over the past three years, we have become a leading construction company by taking the right steps and producing quality projects. We are focused on our goals and continue to work relentlessly. Before the end of 2023, we are preparing to present three more new projects to our customers.
