Completion of Cove Village

In 2018, we embarked on a dream to develop the most luxurious and exclusive project not only in the Esentepe region but in Northern Cyprus as a whole. This project had to possess high-end and unbeatably innovative features with its own unique natural and enhanced touch. The land had to be parallel to the Mediterranean and bestow its own naturally contoured cove; a homely complex where residents can feel relaxed and comfortable in their element while enjoying the combination of both sea and mountain views that will never be hindered. A place with attention to nature and comprehension of our oneness with mother earth. A detailed and exquisite development that caters to all needs of residents. We are pleased to announce that the residential aspects of our project have been completed.

 

Cove Village consists of 68 deluxe two, three-bedroom ground floor or penthouse and 7 bungalows units which are all parallel to the village’s natural cove with a panoramic sea view. With its completion, owners can enjoy the contemporary interior and exterior apartment designs with wide window features to accentuate outdoor views and fill their spacious and comfortable living areas with sunlight.

Our desire to make a positive imprint in the Esentepe region prompted us to undertake the development of the most comprehensive center in the region. It will be fully equipped with pools, restaurants, marina, lighthouse, pier, sandy beach, beach bar, silent water sports, open-air cinema, paddle tennis court, gym, organic garden, renovated historical chapel, and amphitheater where residents and guests may watch events, shows, and mini-concerts. Blue Botanic Progress

Sun Valley’s Blue Botanic project is special to the mountainside not only because of its location but as a result of its magnificent urban ecological garden which overlooks the beautiful pine trees within the valley. All units in this village are three bedrooms and have a 125m2 closed area. Its residential aspects were completed in October 2020 and the landscape propagation started shortly afterward. Over 3000 plants have been cultivated so far. As they grow, we are eagerly awaiting the resplendent appearance of the mature garden with its peaceful ambiance.

 

Heart Center will be Completed within One Year

At Sun Valley, we hope to improve your physical and spiritual wellbeing. With this in focus, we designed a unique leisure center at the mountainside which is the first of its kind in the Esentepe region and located in the heart of our mini-city. There has been rapid progress this year and we are using the best new-age technology in addition to Eurocode building standards. Once completed, our Heart Center will have multiple luxurious facilities such as a professional gym, yoga, Pilates, and martial arts room, indoor pool, spa and massage, Turkish Hammam, steam sauna, beauty salon, organic store, and conference center. Heart Center will be completed and open for use in just about one year.

 

Taro Brasserie

Taro Brasserie has been the talk of the town since its renovation in 2018. We are constantly focused on improving the customer experience of our guests and residents. We are currently upgrading the roof terrace of our brasserie for the summer season and including a new upscale rooftop bar and with an exquisite seating arrangement. The terrace space can be enjoyed by residents and outsiders alike and provides a magnificent mountain and pine valley ambiance.

Cove Garden Construction Continues

Cove Garden construction has been progressing very rapidly. The budget-friendly project with studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom loft penthouses will be completed in record time as we are utilizing the best technology and manpower to ensure its prompt actualization.

 

An Exciting Announcement for New Townhouse Project

Located at Sun Valley mountainside Townhouse is one of the most preferred villages on our site. Its unmatched exterior design is in sync with the Mediterranean theme. The natural stone walls surrounding the buildings give not only a classy look but also a timeless design. It brings back a concentration on resort-style living, possessing aesthetic details from the traditional Mediterranean home style with many of the comforts of modern living.

The village has a communal pool and Botanic Garden both located within the center of the Project overlooking the magnificent valley covered in pine forests with one of the most amazing sunsets on the island. This village comprises 5 blocks each having two-story, semidetached, stylish, and cozy villas. As the village is somewhat hidden within the valley, it possesses a cooler atmosphere characterized by the refreshing Mediterranean breeze and the sound of birds chirping while resting on the pine trees. Among many other eccentric additions are the Retro-style old colorful doors of classic Cypriot architectural reflections that are found within the blocks. This adds a pop of color and enhances the combination of Spanish Revival, Italian Renaissance, and Cypriot Aphrodite. The whole site is surrounded by a lush landscape with eyecatching flamboyant flowers.

Splendid views are on the way as we are currently designing an upgraded T ownhouse Project with the same tranquil and e xquisite feeling with light modern touches.

The interior of the townhouses is predominantly white with splashes of color added to the flooring, accessories, and textiles. Eclectic warm and cool tones were specifically chosen to reflect the region. For a counterbalance, we incorporated earthy shades such as terracotta and vibrant blues. Heavy, sturdy, and compatible wooden furniture was selected to complement with delicacy. Abundant window views along with multiple points of entry and exit to the outdoor living spaces create a light and sunny interior with easy access to the pastoral surroundings. Glamorous bright blue shutters were added to the Windows and doors to boost the Victorian era exterior.

Consist of, two en-suite bedrooms and three bathrooms. The entrance leads you to an open-plan elegant family living room with a dining table featured at the rear. The tiles in the cute, closed kitchen and bathrooms were meticulously selected to bring the archaic look to even the rooms that may usually not be considered. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and the decor once more accompanies the theme of that casual, yet elegant, oasis-like design.

Our Townhouses each have a private roof terrace with a breathtaking view of Sun Valley mountainside, the Mediterranean Sea, and Five finger mountains. They all have a traditional barbecue embedded within the terrace wall and a shower for cooling off when you feel overwhelmed by the heat. At night, you may invite your friends for a BBQ or have a romantic evening with your loved one under the stars and the moon…
