Avrasya City, is a project consisted of 7 blocks and 155 flats in total. There are one, two and three bedroom flats to choose from. There are also three bedroom penthouses with pools on the terrace. Other features are; a sports centre, traditional Turkish bath, cinema, cafeteria, restaurant, supermarket, play ground and park, overground and underground parking and walking tracks. Our project is 9 floors and consists of 27 flats and 3 shops. There are only rental two bedroom flats here and there are no flats on sale. It is within walking distance of the harbour. Rents start from £450.
Avrasya Premium, One block consists of 25 flats and 4 shops. This project has one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom and penthouses to choose from. It has underground parking and you can rent or buy the shops.
Avrasya Tower, It has a perfect sea view of the Mediterranean sea which will never be closed off. There are two bedroom, three bedroom or penthouses to choose from. There is a lift, parking and a visual intercom in this project.
Avrasya Elite, is an other project with one bedroom and two bedroom flats for sale and rent in Kyrenia North Cyprus and it has underground parking. It consists of 2 blocks with 41 flats.
