The 14th Istanbul Real Estate Exhibition, organized by JNR Fair at the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel on May 28-29, brought together investors and agencies in Turkey with contractors. After the Gothenburg, Stockholm, London, and Maastricht in March-April, Propertync Media completed the Spring Period exhibitions along with the exhibition in Istanbul, and continued its work on Northern Cyprus promotion.
At the exhibition, where Turkish construction companies displayed their projects, we, as Propertync Media Company, both introduced our magazine and the work we do. Additionally, at the Northern Cyprus Pavilion, we discussed investment opportunities on the island with the companies that came with us. Afik Group, Dörter Construction, Hub Property Investment and Parvista Development companies that took their places in the pavilion introduced their projects and met with the visiting agencies. To the organization where many pleasant business partnerships were established, 49 companies participated as participants, 5667 persons and agencies came as visitors. It was shared that many agencies came from 25 Iranians, 15 Russians and the Gulf States.
In the first session on the first day, the speakers took the stage in the meeting hall next to the fairground to share their perspectives on the real estate sector, while the contractors sat at a table with thegoal of collaborating with the 25 Iranian real estate agencies with whom they met later on the second day. One of the Northern Cyprus companies, Noyanlar Group Company Advisor Ahmet Muratoğlu and Parvista Development CEO Saffet Nadiri, who had the chance to speak at the investor session on the first day, spoke about the advantages of Northern Cyprus and invited the audience to the Northern Cyprus Pavilion.
We served pastelli, grape sausage, halloumi, zivania, and Cyprus Coffee to our visitors at the Northern Cyprus Pavilion as Propertync Media. While Konul Gojayeva from Afik Group stated, "We had the opportunity to meet many new agencies and we talked about our projects further, we mentioned the opportunities in Cyprus. They welcomed us very well and took care of us. The meetings were those that would turn into pleasant business partnerships in a short time.”; Dörter Construction Sales Manager Ümit Uğuralp said, "We benefit greatly from organizations like these. We build connections that will benefit us both now and in the future. When it is talked about Northern Cyprus, it is an investment island. For this reason, the exhibitons where we can introduce ourselves are very important to us, and we would like to thank the organizers and the Propertync team for providing this."
In our interview, Haktan Öztunalı, the manager of the organization's owner, JNR Fair, stated in our interview that the planned interest has been reached and added, “The Real Estate Summit speeches, cocktail on the first day, and brunch event on the second day, both held outside the fairground, were intended to bring companies together and get to know each other in a pleasant environment. Apart from investors from the Gulf countries and Iran-related organizations, Turkish investors were also present to investigate new opportunities.
Northern Cyprus also provided an excellent alternative to the Turkish projects on the fairground, attracting greater attention. Throughout the exhibition, we discussed ideas with Propertync Media Director Mehmet Kozansoy. As JNR Fair, we have begun negotiations with Propertync Media to organize an organization in Northern Cyprus, and the 14th Istanbul Real Estate Exhibiton, which we are organizing this year, will continue to develop in the coming years.”
