Nurel Group of Companies Continues to Make a Difference with its Projects
As Propertync magazine, we were invited by Nurel Group of Companies in this issue. We made an interview with Company Director Redif Nurel. We received information about the latest projects, especially Phoenix Towers which has been on sale for 2 months.
Describing Nurel as an enterprising group of companies, Redif Nurel stated that since 2008-2009, they have been trying to be beneficial to Northern Cyprus not only in the field of construction and selling but also in tourism, production, and industry.
Adding that they first established a workshop for kitchen works, then wrought iron and sanitary ware branches, and finally aluminum enterprises to provide the best service to their customers, Nurel said: “In this way, we provide the materials in our projects ourselves and prevent any loss of time that may occur. Thus, we both meet the needs of our works and deliver our projects on time.”
We started to talk about projects with Phoenix Towers. We asked about the details of the project, which is expected to be completed soon.
“Our Phoenix Towers project consists of 2 blocks with 150 flats. It is located in the heart of Kyrenia, in the center. The most important feature is that you can reach everywhere from here. The fact that Phoenix Towers is right in the center and within walking distance of all 5-star hotels makes this project special,” said Mr. Nurel, and emphasized that it is one of the rare projects currently on sale in Kyrenia. In addition, despite the intense interest, attention was paid to the reasonable prices. Adding that the customers are quite satisfied with the prices, Nurel also said that Phoenix Towers, whose sales period started 2-3 months ago, has turned into a beautiful center of attention with its marketing efforts.
When we asked about the final status of the project, he said, “The project is almost completed. It is currently in the finishing and painting phase. After the landscaping is done, we will deliver it to our customers.”
Redif Nurel also gave information about other projects: “Almost all of our projects are about to be completed. We have Nurel 34, they have been completed and are currently on sale. In addition, we have Nurel 33, which consists of 25 flats. Moreover, our projects continue in many different locations. We have Phoenix Towers, Nurel 33 and Nurel 34 apartments, as well as our hotel project Shark Residence. We also have Sevilya Site and Melis Site projects in Alsancak. These are all of our projects that are about to be completed and have been completed.”
Lastly, Nurel also gives a clue about the future: “We are positioning our new projects mostly in Alsancak and Lapta regions in line with the wishes of our customers. Similarly, we are planning to build complexes with pools, apartments and villa projects on the newly acquired lands,” he concluded.
