"Erbatu Group’s new project Riva Park continues to delight!"
Erbatu Group continues to be one of the most active companies here with Aysergi Towers, Rich Heaven, Pulya Villas, Erbatu Hills, and Ada Park projects located in Yeniboğaziçi, one of the fast-developing areas of Famagusta. We met with the company’s General Coordinator, Mehmet Madi Yerli, to get the latest information about the project. Mehmet Madi Yerli, who said that the value of the region is increasing regularly, stated that they will make a difference in the region by serving both investors and Yeniboğaziçi residents with the commercial areas included in the project.
Riva Park which attracts attention with its distance to Famagusta and Salamis Ancient City is located 500-550 meters from the sea. In addition to 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 flats, 3 bedroom twin and detached villas, there are 15 commercial areas and shops in the project. In addition to these, Riva Park has many features such as a camera security system, a central generator, a children’s playground, swimming pool, and green areas.
Stating that they include more modern and higher quality touches in every project, Mehmet Madi Yerli describes Riva Park as a sophisticated project with the comfort of a boutique hotel.
