Propertync and the North Cyprus Companies represented Northern Cyprus at the 15th International Real Estate Exhibition

Organized by JNR Fair at the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel on March 16-17, the 15th Istanbul Real Estate Exhibition brought together investors, agencies, and contractors in Turkey. Approximately 5,614 visitors attended the exhibition, including 112 brokers, agents, and investors from countries such as Russia, Iran, Gulf Countries, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan.
16 – 17 Mart tarihlerinde Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus Hotel’de JNR Fuar organizatörlüğünde düzenlenen 15. İstanbul Gayrimenkul Fuarı Türkiye’deki yatırımcı ve acenteleri müteahhitlerle buluşturdu. Yaklaşık 5,614 ziyaretçinin katıldığı fuarda; Rusya, İran, Körfez Ülkeleri, Tacikistan ve Kazakistan gibi ülkelerden 112 adet broker, acenta ve yatırımcı da katıldı. At the exhibition, where construction companies in Turkey showcased their projects, while we, as Propertync Media Company, introduced both our magazine and our island at the entrance of the fairground. We also discussed investment opportunities in Northern Cyprus with the companies that joined us.
Some of the leading companies in Northern Cyprus, including Afik Group, Noyanlar Group, Şifa Construction, Baştaşlar Construction, Cyprus Construction, and Near East Investment, participated with us, introduced their projects and met with agents and investors who came to visit. Our Northern Cyprus team, located on an area of 150 m2, received a lot of attention with our projects and island, second only to Turkey.
North Cyprus Attracted Great Interest in İstanbul!
In conversations with Northern Cyprus companies, they reported that the exhibition was productive and successful. They had one-on-one meetings with real estate agencies and construction companies from many countries worldwide, as well as various parts of Turkey. They found these meetings very useful and considered the experience valuable for business partnerships. The companies also stated that Northern Cyprus attracted a lot of attention, and they received many questions about their projects. As Property Media Company, we will continue to participate in international exhibitions to promote Northern Cyprus and investment opportunities and to represent our island in the best way with our local companies.
