In this issue, we conducted an interview with Türkan Akhan, the CEO of Şifa Construction, one of the well- known successful companies in Northern Cyprus. You have received awards in two different categories. How do you feel? What would you like to tell about this?
We are honored to have been recognized with the awards for "Luxury Villa Project of the Year" and "Construction Brand of the Year in Cyprus." These awards are a testament to our leadership in the industry and the strong relationships we have built with our customers.

How are the sales going for your new projects? Who is your target audience?
Our new projects are attracting the attention of both foreigners and Turkish buyers. Our target audience includes individuals from Turkey, Scandinavian countries, Russia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Iran, Germany, and even the United States.
What else is on your roadmap for the year 2023?
The overwhelming popularity and demand for all our recently launched projects are highly motivating for us.
