Famagusta, TRNC – DND Cyprus is pleased to announce that the highly-anticipated La Joya Residences & Resort has officially been completed and is now ready for homeowners to move in. The grand opening ceremony took place on Friday, October 31, with homeowners, leading real estate brokers, and respected business partners in attendance.

La Joya introduces a fresh architectural signature in the Long Beach in İskele region: a low-rise complex comprising 74 meticulously designed residences in a horizontal layout, crafted to give a genuine resort atmosphere.
