The Advantages of Steel Swimming Pools
In our previous issue, we published the first part of an interview we had with North Steel Home Company Director, İhsan Büyük, which was based on Steel Construction systems. Here is the second part of the interview in which we talked about Steel Swimming pool Systems.

- What are the differences between a Steel swimming pool and a classic concrete pool?
First of all, it is essential to mention the very big price difference between the two. For example, a 5m x 10m concrete pool will cost around £23,000, whereas the price for a steel pool, the same size, is only £14,750. Another advantage is that installation of a steel pool takes less time than the construction of a concrete pool. A steel pool is usually ready to use in 2 days. What’s more, cleaning and maintenance are much easier. Like all steel constructions, the benefits of being environmentally friendly should also not be ignored.
- While giving details on Steel Houses, you mentioned that they could be taken apart and rebuilt or recycled. Does this apply to pools as well?
Of course. Just like the Steel houses we build, these pools can be disassembled and reassembled. In case of a possible move, you can take your pool with you. In the future, you can enlarge your pool if your land is convenient or when you decide you will no longer use it, it can be taken apart and stored or recycled. Steel constructions always offer you many alternatives.
- When someone who wants to build a pool comes to your office, which designs and sizes can you offer them?
