Sun Valley, Cove Village | Nearing the End of the 'Best Seafront' Project
We would like to share up to date information relating to the final construction stages of the project awarded ‘Best Seafront Project, Platinum Award’ at the Propertync Awards 2019. Cove Village is part of Sun Valley and is considered one of the most successful housing projects on the island, being built on a unique piece of land by Baştaşlar Construction in Esentepe.
The ‘Cove Village’ project consists of 75 residences and is located right on the seafront. The project certainly qualifies to be considered ultra-luxurious, with its designated beach areas and marina. The initial construction phases have been completed and the company has now moved on to completing the finer details together with the social area arrangements.

In addition, this area is just 35 mins from Ercan Airport and 20 mins from Kyrenia city centre.
