Kıbrıs Developments raises awareness on different subjects at the launch of its new projects. For example, at the launch of the show houses at Kıbrıs Town Houses, it was inspired by the loss of our cultural values and asked the question what are we leaving for future generations? The evening was combined with an exhibition and the metaphorical concept 1% encouraged the conservation of culture, nature and art. Standing against plastic bags - Sakgulli Project

Kıbrıs Developments, is known for how it wants to prevent the loss of our cultural, traditional and arcfhitectural values. Here we can also see that the company gives great importance to the enviroment and protection of our natural resources. The Tourism and Environment Ministry took a stance against plastic bags in December and Kıbrıs Developments supports this movement with its #sakgulliproject. The project evolved around the idea of how people used to use their ‘sakgullis’ (material or net bags) before plastic bags came about. It aimed to decrease the usage of plastic bags which harm our environment and bring back our nostalgic bags. Anyone can receive a nostalgic sakgulli as a gift. Also those who would like to obtain many of these bags, can buy them at the Gave located at Kıbrıs Town Houses. The money obtained from the sales of these bags will be donated to an enviromental project.
