Located in North Cyprus’s spectacular area of Bellapais, we are proud to say that have completed the construction of this villa project. Each villa is 420 m2 and has 4 en-suite bedrooms each with a balcony. It has a large spacious living room, study, kitchen and dining area. Offering panoramic views of the Besparmak Mountains and Bellapais Monastery, you can see the north coast from Kyrenia to Esentepe from the pool and the wide terraces. Some of the amenities include: - energy efficient central heating, lift, air-conditioning, solar energy, thermal insulation, the latest marble and ceramic materials and Bufavento Mountain Rock cladding on the exterior facade. The project was designed by Architect Cenk Atun and was built by Forman International, making it one of the most special and unique residential projects in the eastern Mediterranean.

North Cyprus Banks Association Building Project

The construction of this building, which is located in Köşklüçiftlik, Nicosia took only 8 months to complete. This is because we relied on our knowledge of modern project management and expertise. The building has 4 floors and is equipped with meeting rooms, administration offices, training rooms, a multi-purpose hall, archive rooms, indoor and outdoor parking, social event areas, open terrace space and a cafe. The project was built in the capital city with the aim of bringing professionals in this sector under the same roof. Wood, ceramic and marble details were added to the building creating a world standard work place and office. The architectural design was put together by Benid Architecture.

This villa has an indoor area of 500 m2 and is located in the high hills of Hamitköy. The residential project has a unique modern design style with wide spacious sitting areas, bedrooms, a study and large kitchen. The swimming pool sits between the barbecue area and the main house.
