Grand Sapphire Resort is the most prestigious project in the TRNC and it will offer services at world standarts. The project was first introduced to the public in June at the Turkish Cypriot Festival in London. The project includes 1574 units ranging from studios to four bedroom apartment. The project will also include a five star Grand Sapphire Hotel & Casino.

Northernland Group Director Koral Bozkurt: "Tax money that will enter in the government’s treasury through this project is over 50 million TL. Activities will start early and continue until late at the enormous swimming pool named Punta Cana while other outdoor and indoor pools around the complex will appeal to everyone. Pool bars and restaurants next to Punta Cana will be catering delicious food. Also, the huge water park for children will be among Grand Sapphire’s most interesting attractions. Younger children will be able to participate in many fun activities at the Children’s Club.
There is going to be a team of professional staff stationed at the Grand Sapphire Hotel & Casino’s Ball Room and Conference Room to help with events such as private birthday parties and corporate business meetings. The Fun and Activity Centre consists of tennis courts, movie theatres and other sports and art facilities. Also, the organic garden aims to create an area for gardening. You will be able to enjoy a delicious meal with friends at the near by picnic area prepared with vegetables you have grown yourself, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Some of the water sports offered 400 m away from the site at the magnificent beach are jet-skiing, banana rides and windsurfing. The Organic Spa and Massage Centre is going to be located on the ground floor of the complex and the top of two of the high rise buildings with 31, 29, 27 and 23 floors, there will be a Roof Bar. If you enjoy the night life, this is the place to be as a second Thrones Club, the famous club in Famagusta, will be opening on the grounds promising you fun into the early hours of the morning, with their slogan “Some nights last forever”
