With the interest it has received from foreign holidaymakers and investors, Long Beach has become the island’s shining star. Erbatu Group is one of the many construction companies to fall for its charm. Erbatu is famous for its large projects in the city center of Famagusta and Yeniboğaziçi. Now its latest project Sun City, is in the Iskele Long Beach area.
The main topic of the video interview we had with the company director Mehmet Madi Yerli was their latest project Sun City. During the interview, Mehmet Madi Yerli said “ As Erbatu Group we are moving into the Iskele area with our new project. We want to show that we can be successful here as well. Construction has begun and sales are continuing. We have sold 30% of our first block. Sales are mostly finalized by our business partners abroad”. He then added “Our project represents a fast-growing society set in the center of Long Beach. It is located within walking distance of the beach and is close to other facilities. Sun City is very important to us because it is our first project in the Long Beach area and it will be considered as a reference for our future projects. Our plans include 11 projects for the Iskele area, in other words, the Erbatu logo will be seen frequently in the area”
Investing in North Cyprus is always a win
“Sun City consists of 60 flats in 2 blocks. We are planning to complete the first block in the next 18 months. Most foreign investors are showing interest in the project, as buying property in this area is considered to be a good investment. Due to rent being high, the property is used as a holiday home. When a property is used for rental purposes, rental return is between 7 to 10 months therefore we can guarantee a rental return to buyers. It is a known fact that investing in North Cyprus is always a win.”
Mehmet Madi Yerli mentioned that their future plans include projects in Nicosia and Tatlısu and expressed that Erbatu Group is trying to offer opportunities for everyone to become homeowners. “Our Ada Park project located in Yeniboğaziçi will be completed in the following months. This project will be followed by Erbatu Hills in the same area which is a large Project consisting of villas with private swimming pools. We are also planning a beautiful Project in Tatlisu by the sea.”
