Cove, Awarded Best Seafront Development, Was Recently Opened with A Spectacular Ceremony
In September, Baştaşlar Construction organised an opening ceremony with a stylish cocktail party for Cove village, the seafront part of Sun Valley, one of Esentepe’s most award winning, mini city residential projects. (Watch Video)
A limited number of guests were invited to attend, to stay within the pandemic guidelines and to allow the participation of government officials. President Ersin Tatar had just returned from his meetings in New York, when he found himself at this poolside event taking place at Cove Village, Esentepe. Prime Minister, Ersan Saner, the Mayor of Esentepe, Cemal Erdoğan, and President of the Cyprus Turkish Contractors Association, Cafer Gürcafer, were also all among the guests.
Baştaşlar Construction Directors, Sinem Baştaş and Ahmet Baştaş took great care over the hosting of all their guests. Baştaşlar Construction team managed every stage of the event’s organisation. While thanking his team in his speech, Ahmet Baştaş expressed his pride in the realisation of this event and how it came within the project of his dreams.
During the evening, all government officials took turns making speeches. In his speech, Ersan Saner said, “As an architect, I am particularly happy to attend such opening ceremonies because they make me feel the power that comes with this profession. We are capable of fore-filling our dreams and Baştaşlar Construction has set an excellent benchmark. We are always open to projects which will take the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus further into the future. I would like to repeatonce again that we will support everyone who leaves a mark on this country!”
The Prime Minister was then followed by President Ersin Tatar who in his speech said, “Bringing such a project to life is hard work, but marketing and selling it is even harder! We can see how much effort Baştaşlar Construction has put into the project and into the area of Esentepe. Yes, we are opening this project today. However, this is not the end, the completion of this project is only the beginning. This area will now grow and develop even more in the future!”
After the speeches, a presentation of the work which will be completed at the seafront of the Cove Village project was given. After the presentation, two new parts of Sun Valley, Cove Garden Phase II and Rose Village were introduced to the guests and now the sales process of both these new projects begins.
