Drawing on the experience and achievements from her previous company, she has contributed in the launching of Blue Waves Esatate & Investments with ambitious goals.

Blue Waves Estate & Investment is set to revolutionize investment and tourism in Northern Cyprus. This new brand aims to offer comprehensive services in investment consultancy, real estate, and student recruitment to Iranians, Turks, and Cypriots.

How did the idea of creating the Blue Waves brand emerge? and what did you aim for to start with during this process?

Our aim was to create the Blue Waves brand with ambitious aspirations. As you may know, I previously owned another company, but now with the establishment of Blue Waves, we have brought a completely new brand to Northern Cyprus, operating as multiple companies.

Speaking of our founding story, I am a citizen of three different countries. We aim to provide excellent investment services for Turks, Cypriots, and Iranians alike. In pursuit of this goal, we strive to operate at the highest professional standards. Under the umbrella of Blue Waves Estate & Investment, we offer a range of services including investment consultancy, company formation, and bringing students to Northern Cyprus. Given that real estate investment is pivotal in Northern Cyprus, we strive to provide the best possible services with a highly experienced team in this field.

Can you provide information about the location and features of your newly opened office?

Our office is located in the Palm Beach Varosha area, the jewel of Northern Cyprus. As an investment consultancy firm, our primary focus is on investments, so naturally, we chose to establish ourselves here and continue operating. We believe it's a wonderful location both geographically and in terms of investment opportunities, which is why we have decided to stay here.

At Blue Waves, you offer a wide range of services in Cyprus, including investment consultancy, company formation, and real estate investments. Can you provide more details?

Firstly, we provide services to individuals interested in opening a company in Northern Cyprus within the investment consultancy sector. We conduct market research and prepare proposals during this process.

Secondly, we offer a wide range of services to those considering investments in Northern Cyprus. Our portfolio spans from studio apartments to large luxury projects such as hotels and marinas, covering various real estate and housing options.

Thirdly, emphasizing the value we give to education, we support all students in Northern Cyprus from elementary school to university, and bring international students to Northern Cyprus.

In addition to these services, we also provide a broad spectrum of services including daily rentals, long-term leases, and various other offerings, thereby complementing our primary services.

In your opinion, what distinguishes you from other investment consultancy companies?

At BWE, we operate as a service-focused team, and what sets us apart from other companies is our approach to service. We strive to deliver the most luxurious, highest quality, and most cost-effective services possible, all packaged together.

This means that when a customer buys a property from us, it's not simply a transaction and farewell. We provide services from the initial stages of purchase through to long-term post-sales support. Many of our clients maintain relationships with us for years, sometimes 3-4 even 5 years, during which we ensure seamless service continuity.

This ongoing commitment sets us apart. Typically, after purchasing a property in Northern Cyprus, clients might not maintain a relationship with the selling company. However, we continue to offer post-sales services such as property management or daily rentals, all included in our comprehensive service package.

In essence, this wide range of services is what makes us different. We believe in tailoring our approach to meet the unique needs and desires of each client, offering projects or properties that align precisely with their preferences and requirements.

How do you define your target markets and portfolios?

We offer projects, homes, and other properties tailored to each client's needs. Since the requirements for living, staying, or investing in Northern Cyprus vary, we do not focus on a specific region. We provide different options for those looking to invest and later sell or rent out their properties. We work the least in Nicosia, as it is not suitable for foreign investors, and focus more on Famagusta, Long Beach, Esentepe, Kyrenia, and Lapta. Recently, we have added projects in Güzelyurt to our portfolio.

Currently, most of our clients are from Turkey and Iran. We have fewer clients from TRNC, but we also serve Turks living in London and other countries. Additionally, with our foreign and multilingual staff, we cater to clients in Europe, America, and Canada. Different regions require different plans and methods, so we do not work with the same intensity in every area.

You also operate in the tourism sector with your new tourism company, Blue Waves Tourism and Travel. Can you tell us about the purpose of establishing your company and its services?

Our new company, Blue Waves Tourism and Travel, currently serves clients from Iran. We organize tours from Iran to Northern Cyprus, which are mainly for vacation purposes, and we are collaborating with Mice Tourism.

We plan to start our Mice Tourism operations at the end of September or mid-September, as the summer season is an ideal time for tourists. While we are particularly focused on our target audience in Iran, we are also organizing tours for different groups.

In addition, we are working to introduce luxury VIP tours in Northern Cyprus. These tours offer a significant opportunity to promote Northern Cyprus to both local residents and foreigners. Northern Cyprus is quite suitable for all kinds of activities, although this is not widely known.

How is Blue Waves Estate & Investment associated to Blue Waves Toursim and travel company?

Explaining the connection between the two companies, our clients from Iran typically visit Northern Cyprus for vacation purposes, but some may also be interested in investment opportunities. In such cases, both Blue Waves Tourism and Travel, which provides tourism services, and BWE, offering investment consultancy and real estate services, can cater to their needs accordingly. Both companies aim to excel in their respective fields and complement each other's services.

Myself, along with my spouse and brother, have specialized in tourism. In our new company, my spouse and I will be partners, which brings us great excitement. Throughout this process, the contributions of my spouse, Deniz Eker, have been significant, enhancing our confidence in our business, especially given his recognition as a prominent figure in Northern Cyprus.

Donya Eker Trading will not be limited to just these two companies. By the end of September, we will introduce our third company. I can say that we will bring a whole new dimension to the Northern Cyprus market. Lets keep this as a surprise for now; as we are quite excited about it!
