The Project offers 10 distinguished residences, located within large plots of land, and integrates with the historical feel of Bellapais. “Special details with hints from past Contemporary Turkish Cypriot Architecture”

Yağmur Özyalçın, emphasised that they had created a high quality and prestigious Project and added that the Kaizen Project bears traces of past Contemporary Turkish Cypriot Architecture. While designing Kaizen with experts in their field, a plain and simple yet stylish and modern living space was created based on the idea of enjoying time spent in every corner of the home. Also, care was taken to make living here easier by providing functional and environmentally friendly solutions.

The Project consists of 10 detached, 4+1 villas with private pools and is located in a large area of land which integrates with the historical texture of Bellapais. The villas have both mountain and sea views and are less than 10 minutes from Kyrenia city centre. Each of these plain and stylish villas, bearing traces of contemporary Turkish Cypriot architecture, offer a living area of 354 m² within a 600-700 m² piece of land and have a 40 m² private swimming pool. The KAIZEN by Özyalçın, a Pioneer in energy and environmentally friendly designs, aims to become the first LEED for Homes certified villa Project in Northern Cyprus. This environmentally friendly certification system was developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

Some of the environmental technical features: Energy efficient VRF system, high performance facade design, solar panel system infrastructure, heat pump boiler, water efficient fixtures, landscape design created with sustainable and ecological plants, use of natural and low-emission materials indoors.

The special project launch sale prices of the villas are £575,000 (GBP) and £600,000 (GBP), depending on their location (these launch prices were valid until 31/12/2021). Project delivery is planned for November 2023. As for payment terms, there is a 25% down payment with at least 50% to be paid until the property is handed over. Payment plans for the remaining amount are available through the company.

“A pioneer in Energy and Environmentally friendly designs” LEED Certificate System
Kaizen villa Project is a Golden nominee for the LEED homes certification and has become a pioneer in Energy and Environmentally friendly designs in North Cyprus. The properties of a LEED certified structure can be defined as: “LEED Certificate System, is an environmentally friendly structure certification system developed by US Green building Council (USGBC). Kaizen by Özyalçın, will be the first LEED certified villa Project in North Cyprus. In the Project, comfortable houses have been designed with solar panel infrastructure on the roof providing the opportunity to produce their own electricity and hot water is supplied by the heat pump boilers integrated with sun panels. In addition, energy consumption is reduced due to the energy efficient VRF system, LED lighting fixtures and the high-performance facade design. By using special water efficient fixtures, indoor water consumption will be more economical as well as practical. In order to save water on irrigation, ecological and sustainable, local and adaptable plants have been used in the surrounding landscape design. Ventilation has been created with natural and low-emission materials that will also increase the indoor environmental quality. The environmentally friendly building certificate aims to encourage innovation, leadership, environmental management and social responsibility”.
 
Özyalçın Construction shared that they are proud to lay the foundations of Kaizen as its concept of sustainability and energy of awareness to seek continuous improvement, which has made this the most ambitious Project in Bellapais.
