Ötüken is located between two popular regions, Long Beach and Yeniboaziçi, and it appears that it will be a region that we will hear about more in the future with new projects. This is also the location of our Propertync Olive Farm project, where we share olive oil with our clients every year.
Halken İnşaat built the Serenity Homes site after the first three Noyanlar Group site projects along the road to Ötüken Village. The Pure Villas project was then announced by Akol Group.
