Olive Court Project from Begüm Dörter Architecture Office
In addition to her own work, architect Begüm Dörter creates concept designs for Dörter Construction, of which she is a director. Dörter Construction's projects draw attention with their modern equipment and architectural designs while promoting NorthCyprus and their projects to the world through their consistent participation in international real estate exhibitions.
Begüm Dörter Architecture Office offers architectural works on a variety of subjects, including individual housing projects, commercial areas, and social spaces. This office also develops Dörter Construction projects in addition to all of these specialized architectural services. The architects of Begüm Dörter Architecture can monitor architectural design, planning, 2D–3D modeling, and obtain permits along with the construction progress among other things. Olive Court, by Dörter Construction which is expected to add value to the area, stands out for its loft design, interior architecture, landscaping, and social facilities: Landscaped open social spaces adorned with olive trees, including a picnic area with a pergola, a children's playground, river pools, yoga area, an indoor facilities with a spa, Turkish bath, and pool.

Olive Court has 2- and 3-bedroom loft apartments, as well as 3-bedroom apartments with a garden. Although loft designs with high ceilings and large windows have become popular in recent years for creating functional interiors, Begüm Dörter Architecture team had previously applied this model on the 4ever Green project. Stella Homes has also become a project that has emerged with experience, similar to Olive Court, which was developed with the admiration of the 4ever Green project, which consists of villas and loft apartments. Begüm Dörter describes the concept of Olive Court in her project catalog as: "The Olive Court project is speculated to be built on a fl at land in Yeniboğaziçi, close to Salamis Forests, in a position that will wink at the Mediterranean.” The project's concept was developed while always keeping the project's unique and natural spirit in mind. To connect all of the living masses, the common areas were designed with horizontally widening river pools and green spaces. The plan and setup were designed to include all local and environmental values in their details through their new and assertive contemporary approach it brings to Mediterranean architecture. The concepts of privacy and socialization have also been expertly adapted in the project.
