Emtan Olive Hill, with its Spectacular Natural Surroundings and Unique Design
Emtan Construction stands out as one of North Cyprus’s construction companies offering high-quality structures. The company has made a prominent name for itself with its projects continuing throughout 2021 and its latest - Emtan Olive Hill Project, located in Alsancak, Kyrenia – is no different. The company has also recently published a press release about its rapidly progressing ‘Olive Tree Project’.
We were inspired by the Cypriot cultural value of the olive tree and based the design upon it.
As the Emtan Family, we would like to share the story behind our new “OLIVE HILL” project with you.
The one hundred year old olive trees at the location of our project were our source of inspiration from the beginning. We decided to continue with the development by including the trees into the design; hence the scheme was named “OLIVE HILL”. We decided to use “A LIFE TIME OF PRIVILEGE” as the project slogan, because we were inspired by the fact that olive trees are privileged and long living.
Our project is gradually taking shape and the olive trees on the site have been included in the surrounding landscape designs, therefore they are being well looked after. While construction continues, we offer bottles of organic olive oil and green olives, obtained from these trees, to our guests from abroad and clients interested in our developments. This gift package also includes a pamphlet with information on our project and the importance of olives on the island and in the wider Mediterranean region. This also gives us the opportunity to contribute to the recognition of our island’s culture abroad.
We are very happy to be able to pass these olive trees over to our lucky new homeowners, as they will be able to benefit from them in the future. Every detail of our “OLIVE HILL” project was meticulously planned so that it offers an extraordinary and privileged living area which both preserves our cultural heritage and carries touches of modern architecture, surrounded with century old olive trees.
The olive, which is a symbol of wisdom, victory, peace, purity and simplicity, that dates back some 8,000 years, has also been the source of inspiration for many legends. With this project we wanted to pass down olive trees and our olive culture to future generations and also to pave the way for future projects.
