Great steps were taken last night for the construction industry, which is rapidly developing in Kyrenia's east. Cyprus Constructions, one of the region's leading construction companies, has presented its latest project, Hawaii Homes.
International agencies and associates attended the invitation, which was accompanied by President Ersin Tatar. Company Director Salih Kayım appeared on stage with his family to give his speech. “Together with my family and a small group of people here, we began to develop projects. Together with you, we have grown to be a team of thousands. We have arrived at the point where we can develop projects that are accessible to people all over the world. We appreciate you joining us tonight and sharing in our enthusiasm for the upcoming project.”
After his speech, Salih Kayım invited TRNC President Ersin Tatar to the stage.
Tatar stated that, “To see what my childhood friend Salih and his family and team have accomplished gives me enormous pride. I am appreciative that people from all over the world come together around these projects and that everyone here works to promote Northern Cyprus to the entire world despite all the political challenges our country is facing.”
After the speeches, Cyprus Constructions CEO Ali Güler introduced the Hawaii Homes project, “Hawaii Homes has 500 residences, including studios, 1+1 loft penthouses, 2+1 loft penthouses, and 3-bedroom luxury villas. This project will also include our now-famous landscape design. Our project, which will draw attention with its pools in the particularly planned lake-river concept, will be located in Tatlısu and will include an indoor heated pool, spa, restaurant, bar, gym, basketball and tennis courts. Those who purchase a home here will, of course, be able to use the facilities in our other service projects!

After the presentation, Ali Güler invited his teammates to the stage and initiated the firework show with applause! Guests enjoyed themselves until late at night at the event, to which the Califorian Restaurant contributed treats.
