Esentepe is located on the eastern side of Kyrenia and faces the magnificent blue Mediterranean Sea with the green Beşparmak Mountains in the background.

The village of Esentepe was originally built on a hill, offering spectacular views and has become a popular location. The holiday sites established around the village welcome visitors in the summer with its year round cool breeze. With the increasing village population and the increase in holiday sites, the area is attracting attention from foreign buyers, especially Scandinavians.

In this article we have compiled a list of the new projects which have been completed, or which are still undergoing construction, in the Esentepe area.  You can see that the area is developing more with every passing day due to these projects. The constant increase in the value of housing projects has also attracted many investors.

Esentepe attracts attention with its many trails suitable for nature walks, its coastline, beaches and the famous Korineum Golf Resort, which offers international standards. Korineum has the distinction of being the first and only international golf course facility in Northern Cyprus, comprising the Korineum Boutique Hotel, 18-hole Golf Course, 3-hole Academy Course and 4 Tennis Courts on the complex.


Sun Valley – Baştaşlar Construction (Seaside / Mountainside)

Baştaşlar Construction’s award-winning Sun Valley Project has made a great contribution to the development of the area and consists of two parts; the Mountain Side and the Sea Side. After the completion of Cove Village, located on the sea side, two new phases were introduced at the event to celebrate the project’s opening a few months ago. Sales of Cove Garden Village Phase II on the sea side and Rose Village on the mountain side have now begun. Like the other stages, the luxury studios, 1+1 and 2+1 flats have gained the interest of many investors.

LJ Park – Probuilder

This LJ Park Project by Probuilder, which mainly works with foreign agencies, has also been bought into by foreign investors or holiday makers. The most striking part of the project is that while it is already located in a naturally green environment, a large part of it has been kept as green space within its borders. Construction of the project continues and delivery will be at the end of the year.

Karpasia Elite – Kensington

The Project offers a choice between ground floor and top floor terrace, two-bedroom luxury flats, located close to Korineum in Esentepe and the sea shore. Karpasia Elite is one of Kensington’s projects built adjacent to one another.  It creates areas for homeowners to have fun with its communal pool and tennis courts within the complex. Karpasia by the Sea project, consisting of privately designed villas and both Turtle Bay and Olive Grove Apartments are located in this area.

Caesar Cliff – Afik Group

Afik Group, which has created a name for itself with the giant complex Caesar Resort, located in the Iskele Long Beach area and Caesar Bay located in Tatlısu, Kyrenia, is now offering many choices of residences at its Caesar Cliff Project, located in Esentepe. From studio apartments to twin villas, each residence is accompanied with huge pools and social activity areas. Afik Group is known for offering long payment plans and various investment opportunities to buyers interested in its projects.

Lighthouse – Evergreen Developments

Construction of the Lighthouse project, which consists of modern villas with 2 and 3 bedrooms, with fantastic views and located within walking distance of Esentepe Beach, is rapidly continuing. The detached and semi-detached villas, sitting in two rows, will each have a private pool. With reference to other projects completed by Evergreen Development Group in Kyrenia and Güzelyurt, the last residences on sale in the project have gained a lot of attention from investors.

Idyll – Cyprus Constructions

The Project consists of seven, two storey blocks of apartments and offers a great investment opportunity. There are two different types of modern flats designed with the concept of a holiday home. Idyll Homes is located opposite the clean Esentepe beach and has a supermarket nearby. Built by Cyprus Construction, the project draws attention with the views from its floor to ceiling, glass facade fitted lofts, garden walls built with natural stones, a water park pool and well-kept landscape.
 
Pearl Island – Cyprus Constructions

Pearl Island project, consisting of 156 residences is located opposite the Esentepe Fishing Port. It will stand out with its food service area, serving different cuisines from many cultures and a large swimming pool that will pour in and out of the garden. All of the residences have been planned as studio and terrace flats. If requested, units can be combined with another one to create a larger property with more rooms. The project gained much interest with its launch prices set before construction began. Project completion is planned for the end of the year.
