Another new Project in Yeniboğaziçi is being offered by the Erbatu Group, which has already completed many residential projects in the area. Erbatu Hills consists of 18 villas and is designed to meet the demands that have been requested over the years.
During our interview with Erbatu Group General Manager, Mehmet Madi, he said, “The most important feature of Erbatu Hills is that each villa will be equipped according to the owners’ personal requirements, although the project overall carries a residential, site concept”. Construction of the project, located near the Near East College in Yeniboğaziçi, started last month and is planned to be completed within two years; with a completion date of January 2024. Many residential projects have been completed in the area in the last four to five years, due to the area’s gain in popularity and other developments made, such as the opening of the school. The Erbatu Group are one of the dominant contractors in the area, with numerous projects such as Pulya Villas, Erbatu Ada Park and the Aysergi Towers, which consists of two blocks. Erbatu Hills, on the other hand, differs from other projects with its luxury life concept and reflects the experience the company has gained over the years within the sector.
While Mehmet Madi passed on information about the project, which consists of detached villas with private pools, he also said, “We knew this area would develop over time, therefore we began investing here a long time ago. The advantage of these previous investments is also reflected in our prices and we are able to offer more affordable prices when compared to some other companies”.
Erbatu Hills consists of 3 and 4 bedroomed villas from as small as 270 m2 and designs have been shaped by the demands of the area. We began construction of our project on Turkish title deed land and plan to deliver within 2 years, with our actual aim being completion of the project in just 18 months. The main feature we want to emphasise is that each villa will have a unique landscape, a private pool and a garage. Also, potential homeowners will be able to equip their homes to their personal tastes. From the outside, the infrastructure and common areas will reflect the image of a residential site, however, each villa will be unique.
There will be green areas and a children’s playground in the Erbatu Hills Project. The colour and material options will be presented for the interior furnishings and the bathroom-kitchen units, while the overall villas will be built with both first-class materials and workmanship.
