We recently visited the construction site of Vista Mare, the largest project in Iskele, and we will now take this opportunity of presenting this large project to Propertync readers with full details obtained during our visit. (Watch the Video)
Vista Mare is located in North Cyprus’s most popular Long Beach area in Iskele. This area is well known for its sandy beaches and the many developing projects.
Vista Mare is a project that will meet your every need. It is located both close to the city centre and sea shore and has fully equipped facilities on site. If will offer residents the chance to enjoy a breath-taking view of the sea and some stunning sunsets.
The project belongs to Parvista Mare Development and the project contractor is Kofalı Construction. The project has seen enormous progress over the past months and completion of the first stage is due by the end of this year, with all blocks and social facilities due for completion by September 2023.
Disabled- Friendly architectural design
Vista Mare is a structure with a distinct, modern architectural presence. Project coordinator, architect Taylan Taşören, explained that the project consists of different types of residences and most importantly, it has a disabled-friendly architectural design. He also emphasized that ramps for easy access have been used and that all necessary arrangements have been made in the common areas, parking areas and all social facilities as well as around the landscaped grounds, to ensure step free access where possible.
One of the main differences between this project and some of the other projects in the area is that it has a unique form, due to its design. The structure of Vista Mare stands out and creates a harmony between essential needs and the need for nature in our everyday lives. By integrating the project with nature, its surroundings and interior design are combined.
4 of the 5 blocks in the project will consist of residential flats in various sizes with floorplans as small as 1+1, ranging up to 4+1.Ground floor flats near the children’s playground offer private gardens and pool views and also private penthouses with sea views are some of the concepts on offer, together with a choice of standard or luxury interior packages.
In addition to the residences, the common areas have been designed in great detail and the range of shops will meet both social and personal needs. Other facilities on site are a Turkish hammam, spa and sauna, sports centre and activity area. Residents will be given the opportunity to enjoy the pool with their families, do sports such as walking or bike riding, or use the football pitches and tennis courts for friendly matches. The Project Vista Mare is offering a lifestyle which extends beyond the walls of the site and into the natural beauty of the surrounding areas.
Taylan Taşören showed our team around the construction site and gave us details about the project. He added that Kofalı Construction was completely focused on the project, treating it as if it was one of their own and, as a result, work on the site was progressing very well. Taşören emphasised that they had been able to achieve very high work standards due to the experienced team involved. As previously mentioned, the first stage will be completed by the end of the year, with the project due for full completion in September 2023.

Albank has announced instant loan approval to those buying from this project. The announcement was made by Albank General Manager, Şükrü Can, who added that they will be offering a 60-month payment plan for Vista Mare, with no interest for the first 24 months.
With the option of a flexible payment plan, buyers will be able to plan their own payments and use the advantage of early payment without paying extra costs. He also guaranteed that interest rates will not change over the period of the loan payments.
