Çatalköy, the district located just to the east of Kyrenia, is especially favored by families for the facilities to be found within its boundaries. Aladağ Construction has made a name for itself with build and sell projects in addition to the large projects it has undertaken. The company’s latest project, Karaca Villas, is located in Çatalköy behind Shoptimum, across from Supreme Supermarket. The first stage of the project consists of 10 villas and is 950m from the sea. Due to increasing demand, a second stage comprising 7 villas has been planned on neighboring land.
In the second stage of Karaca Villas, two different floor plans are available, offering either 185m² or 210m² of the closed area, with the choice of 3 or 4 bedrooms. The project will consist of only 30 villas in 4 different designs; 7 villas will be 3+1 (200m²), 6 villas will be 4+1 (240m²). There are also 11 Vadi houses (240m²) and 6 Bodrumlu Villas (260m²). The project will have a secured entrance, green areas and botanical gardens. 80% of the homes will have mountain and sea views, while the villas on the inner section will have views of the botanical gardens. The garden sizes will range between 500m² and 800m². Çatalköy has always been one of the most elite areas of Kyrenia and although the area is set away from the city itself, it is still very much considered to be close. The location of this project does not allow any construction nearby, therefore the views will never change.
