    Çatalköy | A Corner of Kyrenia Full of Opportunities



    Çatalköy, the district located just to the east of Kyrenia, is especially favored by families for the facilities to be found within its boundaries. There are many markets, beaches, and restaurants and, as an added bonus, high-rise buildings are prohibited. The borders of the area start at the Şah Market and extend to the Elexus Hotel. Recently there have been many residential housing projects, with most being villa sites, which have been completed in the area.

    In addition to the two large, resort hotels offering Casinos - Acapulco and Elexus – Çatalköy has several large hotels like The Olive Tree and Malpas located in the area; there are also two other large hotels where construction continues. Çatalköy is just a 10-minute drive to Kyrenia city center and can cater to all your daily needs with supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies close by. The beach clubs in the area - Diana, Shayna, Cornaro, and Lara Beach Club – offer restaurants open both during the day and into the evenings.

     

    Deluxia Villas – Emtan Construction

    The recent construction of Deluxia Villas, completed within the past few months, has now seen the residences handed over to the homeowners. It is an upmarket, villa project, built by Emtan Construction and has added value to the area. Only 3 villas are now left for sale from the project and these offer 3 bedrooms and a private pool, located just 300 meters from the sea.
    Each villa offers multi-inverter air conditioners, central heating, central TV/satellite system, and central internet infrastructure. Extremely stylish and useful living space has been created with Italian Lapitec worktops and first-class kitchen units.     Hançer Villas

    Hançer Villas is a residential site with just 6 properties. Each villa has 4 bedrooms and has a Turkish title deed. The project is by Hançer Construction and is again located in Çatalköy. The villas have gained attention with their modern appearance and high-quality workmanship. Three are still active for sale. Each has a fireplace and terrace with an extra option of a private pool. The project is located 600 m from the sea.

     

    Project of Coldwell Banker Maximum

    This twin villa project consists of 44 villas with magnificent views. It is located in Çatalköy near the Olive Tree Hotel and has been included in the portfolio of Serkan Bolçocuk, a Coldwell Banker Maximum consultant. The 44 twin villas are positioned on 13 donums (18,104 m2) of land with sea and mountain views and have the potential of becoming the most popular project in the area. The project is expected to be completed in 6 months and awaits a visionary, professional touch from homeowners.
    The villas have a closed area of 115 m2 and a 60 m2 terrace, a large garden offers both mountain and sea views. An impressive 8mx16m communal swimming pool and other common areas have been included in the project.

    Karaca Villas

    Aladağ Construction has made a name for itself with build and sell projects in addition to the large projects it has undertaken. The company’s latest project, Karaca Villas, is located in Çatalköy behind Shoptimum, across from Supreme Supermarket. The first stage of the project consists of 10 villas and is 950m from the sea. Due to increasing demand, a second stage comprising 7 villas has been planned on neighboring land.
    In the second stage of Karaca Villas, two different floor plans are available, offering either 185m2 or 210m2 of the closed area, with the choice of 3 or 4 bedrooms. Private pools and open-plan kitchens are also an option. There will also be various types of ceramic tiles and woodwork for homeowners to choose from.

     

    Han Villas

    Han Villas is another project by Aladağ Construction in Çatalköy. Sales of the project started last month and differ from other projects due to its proximity to the seashore. The project is 400m from the sea and consists of 6 villas with 4 bedrooms, also with optional private pools. This small project has great potential for investment purposes, due to being next door to the construction of a large hotel. The Han Villas project offers a large living space with a closed area of 210m2, with 100m2 of a terrace.

     

    La Plage

    Capiton Construction is the construction company that is offering a 20-year payment plan for the 3+2, 4+1, and 5+1 villas in this project. There are 12 villas in the La Plage project, located just 200m from the sea, and is also a neighbor to a large hotel construction.


     

    Project of Century 21 Island

    The project will consist of only 30 villas in 4 different designs; 7 villas will be 3+1 (200m2), 6 villas will be 4+1 (240m2). There are also 11 Vadi houses (240m2) and 6 Bodrumlu Villas (260m2). The project will have a secured entrance, green areas and botanical gardens. 80% of the homes will have mountain and sea views, while the villas on the inner section will have views of the botanical gardens. The garden sizes will range between 500m2 and 800m2. Çatalköy has always been one of the most elite areas of Kyrenia and although the area is set away from the city itself, it is still very much considered to be close. The location of this project does not allow any construction nearby, therefore the views will never change.
