In the past few years, the company introduced two landmark projects outside Nicosia: Lanai Homes in Kyrenia-Esentepe, and Tilia Luxury Villas in Kyrenia-Edremit. The construction of these projects is progressing steadily, with Lanai Homes set to be delivered in December 2024 and Tilia Luxury Villas in June 2026.
